The event began with a warm welcome speech by Vice President Rtr. Sujan Dhital, who extended greetings to all guests. Following that, President Rtr. Rajib Ghimire officially called the installation meeting to order, which included a 15-second silent invocation and the national anthem. Rtr. Binod Shrestha then presented the yearly review, reflecting on the club’s activities in 2023-24. He also acknowledged the contributions of the board members and general members who supported the IPP throughout the tenure.

The installation ceremony continued with the symbolic passing of the club gun and gabble from the past presidents and guests to President Rtr. Rajib Ghimire. He then addressed his board of directors and introduced the new members, who were inducted by ZRR Rtr. Suraj Lamichane and the board of directors.

A special session was held to release the RAC Narayani Mid Town souvenir titled गन्तव्य "The Destination", followed by a speech from Chief Guest Rtr. Dinesh Gaire. The program also featured the presentation of tokens of appreciation to the guests and past presidents. An MOU was signed with Education Partner Golden Eminent Consultancy, followed by a speech from the Education Partner. Paradise InfoTech Chitwan also signed as the Tech Partner.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks by the Club’s President Elect, Rtr. Aachal Thapa Magar. The meeting was officially adjourned at 10:30 PM with a toast proposal by President Rtr. Rajib Ghimire.
